This way my lunch today. We had random leftovers and I mixed together:
Quinoa, green peas, lentils, grape tomatoes, onion and celery (and seasoned with salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano and parsley) cooked in water in a frying pan.
It was really good and I only used about 1 TBSP of each main ingredient.
